Taking a book from stacks for work purposes

1. Only use a marker if the book is going to be returned to the same place.
2. Any piece of paper can be used as a marker.
Please do this every time you remove a book from the shelf

Staff in Technical Services and Asian Collections frequently require access to material in stacks for cataloguing purposes.
Staff are required to:-
-Complete yellow/pink call slip.
-Leave a copy on the shelf in place of the item.
-Return material via the return shelves on 1st floor.
